Power outage planned near Saginaw area
Grand Rapids, MN – Lake Country Power members in the Saginaw area will be without power starting 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 5. The cooperative will be doing regular maintenance work on the Solway Substation to improve reliability.
The outage will last about 30 minutes and will affect members in the townships of Grand Lake, Solway and Brevator, specifically west of Caribou Lake Road to Highway 33 and south of Seville Road to the Morris Thomas Road. Power for the 364 members affected by the outage is expected to be restored about 9:30 a.m.
